Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 6:36 PM EST) -- AstraZeneca LP is fighting a bid by the plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation over Seroquel to videotape testimony from an expert witness instead of having him appear in court, which they argue would allow judges in two upcoming state court cases to rule on objections to questions that might be precluded under federal law.
