Banks Fight Lehman's Sweeping Document Requests

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009, 3:26 PM EST) -- Complaining that the response deadlines are too draconian, U.S. Bank NA, Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., a consortium of energy investment funds and others have objected to sweeping document requests made by Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as it attempts to assemble a confirmable Chapter 11 exit plan.
