ACLU Staff Forms Union, Seeks Voluntary Recognition

Law360 (January 13, 2021, 1:16 PM EST) -- Workers at the American Civil Liberties Union national office announced Wednesday that they are forming a union, saying they hope it will help improve hiring and retention of people of color and provide more certainty on salaries and benefits.
