Appeals Court Dismisses Retaliation Suits Against Citibank

Law360, New York (November 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- An upheals court has upheld summary judgment for Citibank N.A. in two related suits that alleged racist e-mails and supervisors created a hostile work environment at the financial services company.

Former Citibank employees Brenda Curtis and Alvin Williamson filed their original suit in 1997 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
