Trillium Accuses Ex-VPs Of Stealing Key Business Info

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 12:11 PM EST) -- Trillium Asset Management Corp. has filed a breach of contract and defamation suit against two of its former vice presidents, claiming they misappropriated confidential business information belonging to the investment management firm and took it to a competitor.

The complaint, filed Monday in the the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, seeks the impoundment of Blaine Townsend and Lisa Leff Cooper's computers, an injunction blocking them from using the company's information, and damages.
