CIT Tosses Most Of Asahi Seiko Dumping Margin Suit

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 4:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has tossed out the bulk of Asahi Seiko Co. Ltd.'s claims against the U.S. Department of Commerce, which allegedly erred by failing to individually assess the ball bearing manufacturer in an anti-dumping review.
