Wells Fargo Subsidiary May Get Dropped From Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A class action lawsuit against a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. will not go forward unless some of its mutual fund customers come forward by the end of this week, a law firm said Monday.

Gutride Safier LLP needs additional clients of stockbroker H.D. Vest Investment Services to come forward to keep alive an aspect of the suit, originally filed in November 2005.
