Bayer Seeks To Join Suit Over EPA Pesticide Approval

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 12:41 PM EST) -- Bayer CropScience AG has asked for permission to join the Natural Resources Defense Council's suit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of spirotetramat, a new Bayer pesticide that allegedly harms the nation's dwindling honeybee population.
