Investors Tried To Stymie Mortgages Ltd. Plan: Agent

Law360, New York (November 19, 2009, 5:44 PM EST) -- The agent for individual investors in Mortgage Ltd.'s bankruptcy has asked a judge for attorneys' fees from Rev Op Group, alleging the investors group has tried to stymie the implementation of the mortgage lender's Chapter 11 plan with frivolous litigation.

In a motion filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, ML Manager LLC sought damages for time it spent responding to motions and joinders that Rev Op lodged against the plan after it was approved in May.
