Grasso Seeks To Postpone Day Of Reckoning

Law360 (November 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Embattled New York Stock Exchange Chairman Richard Grasso is appealing to a higher court in his quest to stay a ruling that would require him to return the bulk of his $187.5 million compensation package.

On Monday, Grasso's lawyers filed a motion with the New York State Supreme Court's Appellate Division, seeking to stop an enforcement order handed down in October by New York State Supreme Court Justice Charles E. Ramos.
