Ex-CA Sales Chief Slapped With 7 Years In Prison

Law360, New York (November 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former sales chief at CA Inc. was sentenced on Tuesday to seven years in prison for taking part in a $2.2 billion accounting scheme to inflate the software company’s quarterly revenue through backdated sales deals.
