Texas Court To Rehear Sabotage Case Against Exxon

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 5:38 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court has agreed to rehear a pair of linked cases that accuse Exxon Mobil Corp. of sabotaging certain oil wells in order to prevent other companies from drilling there.

Just a few months ago, the Texas Supreme Court ruled 8-0 to overturn an $18.7 million jury verdict in favor of the site’s royalty owners.
