Securities Lawyer Gets 7 Years For Fraud

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 4:55 PM EST) -- A federal court on Monday sentenced a former securities lawyer and name partner of Arkansas firm Cauley Bowman Carney & Williams LLC to more than seven years in prison for stealing $9.3 million in proceeds from a class action settlement.
