Microsoft Fails To Keep US Docs From Canada Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (December 4, 2009, 3:49 PM EST) -- The Iowa Supreme Court has rejected Microsoft Corp.'s appeal of a ruling that gave plaintiffs in Canadian antitrust litigation access to documents produced in a U.S. class action settled in 2007.

On Friday, the Iowa Supreme Court issued a 21-page ruling denying Microsoft's appeal from a state district court's ruling that modified a protective order to allow the Canadian intervenors access to discovery from the Iowa suit.
