L.A.Councilmen Question $2.7M Harassment Settlement

Law360 (November 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two Los Angeles City Councilmen have pushed for reexamination of a $2.7 million settlement with an African-American firefighter who was served dog food in his spaghetti after pictures emerged this week that showed him possibly hazing other colleagues in previous incidents.
