Mortuary Giant Settles Las Vegas Antitrust Suit

International, North America's largest funeral and cemetery services provider, has agreed to divest most of its assets in the Las Vegas area to settle the state of Nevada's antitrust suit alleging its acquisition of Palm Mortuary Inc. threatened to establish an anti-competitive stranglehold on the body disposition business.
