Doc Request Blocked In Madoff Net Equity Fight

Law360, New York (November 25, 2009, 3:56 PM EST) -- The trustee overseeing the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff's scandal-wrecked investment firm will not have to turn over documents pertaining to his decision to distribute assets on a cash in/cash out basis rather than on the basis of investors' last account statement prior to Madoff's arrest last year.
