Insurer Loses Bid To Deny Wiles Malpractice Coverage

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 3:21 PM EST) -- Professional Direct Insurance Co. has lost its motion for summary judgment in a suit against Cleveland-based Wiles Boyle Burkholder & Bringardner Co. LPA challenging the insurer's supposed duty to indemnify the firm against a $10 million malpractice suit.

Judge George. C.
