Amazon Hit With FLSA OT Suit Over Clock-In Policy

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 3:37 PM EST) -- A former employee of Amazon.com Inc. has filed a putative collective action against the online merchant for unpaid overtime, alleging the company's policy of rounding clock-in and clock-out times to the nearest quarter hour violates the Fair Labor Standards Act.
