DynCorp Compliance Exec Fired After FCPA Revelations

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 2:28 PM EST) -- A key official in charge of compliance issues at a DynCorp International Inc. subsidiary was terminated without cause, just days after the defense contractor revealed that it may have violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act while fulfilling U.S. government contracts by making payments to expedite the issuance of visas and licenses from foreign government agencies.
