U.S. Renews Efforts Against Airbus In Subsidy Dispute

Law360, New York (November 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a drawn-out battle of wills, the United States filed an amended complaint Wednesday with the World Trade Organization against European subsidies for Airbus, warning the European Union that directing government funds toward Airbus’ construction of its A350 would violate international regulations.
