Garlic Producers Challenge Duties On Chinese Imports

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 12:56 PM EST) -- A group of American garlic producers is disputing the methodology used by the International Trade Administration to formulate its final review on duties for fresh garlic imported into the U.S. by a Chinese company.
