Federal Appeals Court Sides With Monolithic On Patents

Law360 (November 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court Wednesday upheld a California district court’s ruling denying O2 Micro International Ltd. additional time to amend its patent infringement claims against Monolithic Power Systems Inc. regarding its power supply patents.

The ruling comes as just one more opinion in ongoing litigation between the two warring power technology companies dating back to 2000.
