Vegas, Reno Limo Drivers Win Class Cert. In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (December 2, 2009, 3:56 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted class certification to a group of Las Vegas and Reno limousine drivers seeking pay for the time they spent maintaining their limousines, as well as several who claim they were not paid for any remaining days worked after leaving the limousine company.
