Exxon Seeks To Ditch Cross-Claims In Contract Dispute

Law360, New York (December 3, 2009, 7:19 PM EST) -- In its breach of contract suit against franchisee Gasprom Inc., ExxonMobil Oil Corp. is alleging that Gasprom’s fraud and unfair competition cross-claims are barred because they are based on an earlier settlement agreement and letters to public officials that are privileged.
