Class Status Denied To Drivers In DHL Express OT Suit

Law360, New York (December 4, 2009, 12:42 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to grant conditional certification to drivers employed by DHL Express in Jacksonville, Fla., finding that the lead plaintiff failed to show that putative class members had similar job requirements and that other employees would opt in to the litigation.
