DOC Finds Mexican Steel Pipe Being Dumped In US

Law360, New York (December 7, 2009, 12:58 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Mexican producers of circular welded nonalloy steel pipe have sold their products in the United States for less than normal value.

The International Trade Administration said in a Federal Register notice Monday that 48.33 percent dumping margins should be assessed on steel pipe imports from Mueller Comercial de Mexico S de RL and Ternium Mexico SA de CV.
