Northeast Biofuels CFO Must Be Paid: Creditors

Law360, New York (December 7, 2009, 6:18 PM EST) -- Unsecured creditors of Northeast Biofuels LP have urged a bankruptcy court to ensure that the energy company's chief financial officer continues to receive compensation so that he can help them analyze claims and pursue avoidance actions.
