Insurer Wants Opposing Counsel Disqualified

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 6:34 PM EST) -- Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Co. has asked a federal court to disqualify Arnzen Molloy & Storm PSC as counsel to Commonwealth Orthopaedic Center PSC in a suit COC filed for indemnification in a sexual harassment lawsuit, arguing that the law firm has participated too extensively in the current case's underlying dealings.
