Lawmakers Drum For Duties On Chinese Oil Pipes

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 3:03 PM EST) -- As the U.S. International Trade Commission nears the end of its investigation into allegedly unfair imports of oil well casing and piping from China, lawmakers are urging the agency to stand up for domestic producers struggling to compete with subsidized Chinese rivals.
