Brokers May Testify In State Agency Bribery Trial

Law360, New York (November 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two brokers accused of bribing an Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation official may be called to testify at their criminal trial in the coming days.

On Friday Judge David D. Dowd Jr. brought both defendants, Michael Lewis and Daniel O’Neil, to the bench and explained their right to testify. The trial was expected to resume Monday, but there has been no update on what has since occurred.
