Execs Found Guilty In Concrete Price-Fixing Scheme

Law360 (November 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two executives allegedly involved in an Indiana-based price-fixing scheme were convicted Thursday by a federal jury for conspiring with other companies to set prices for ready-mix concrete.

The jury found MA-RI-AL Corp., which does business in Indiana as Beaver Materials, and the two executives—Chris and Ricky Beaver—guilty on charges of conspiracy and lying to FBI investigators.
