GM, Honda Sued Over Airbag Technology Patents

Law360, New York (December 9, 2009, 7:17 PM EST) -- Vehicle Occupant Sensing Systems LLC hit General Motors Co. and American Honda Motor Co. Inc. with a lawsuit on Wednesday, alleging that the automakers have infringed on three of its patents for airbag sensing system technology.

Texas-based Vehicle Occupant Sensing Systems lodged its patent infringement suit against the two automakers in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
