Bratz Dolls Get Stay Of Execution From 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 3:32 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has granted Bratz-doll maker MGA Entertainment Inc. a reprieve in its bitterly fought copyright battle with Mattel Inc., staying a lower court's order that would have yanked Bratz from store shelves.
