Commerce To Keep Duties On Korean Co.'s Polyester

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 12:42 PM EST) -- The U.S Department of Commerce will continue to levy anti-dumping duties on polyester stuffing imported by South Korean company Huvis Corp., having completed an administrative review of ongoing duties on the product.

Commerce's International Trade Administration published the final results of the administrative review Thursday in the Federal Register. According to the notice, Commerce determined that Huvis' weighted margin average was 1.5 percent for the period between May 1, 2007, and April 30, 2008.
