Steel Co. Contests Duties On Chinese Pipe Fittings

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 12:31 PM EST) -- King Architectural Metals has challenged the U.S. on its levy of anti-dumping duties on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China, saying a recent decision including King's products in the final scope of the anti-dumping order is unsupported by any evidence.

The Dallas-based steel product maker, also known as King Supply Co. LLC, filed its complaint in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday.
