Commerce Maintains Duties On Thai Hot-Rolled Steel

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 1:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce will continue to collect anti-dumping duties on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products imported into the U.S. by two Thai companies, G Steel Public Co. Ltd. and G J Steel Public Co. Ltd.

The decision, published Thursday in the Federal Register, came after the International Trade Administration completed an administrative review of the existing anti-dumping duty order on certain hot-rolled steel from Thailand.
