Ex-IGT Whistleblower Counsel Lose State Claims

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 4:37 PM EST) -- A federal judge has again thrown out state law claims filed by a husband-and-wife team of intellectual property attorneys in their $10 million whistleblower case against International Game Technology over its purchase of a competitor that allegedly concealed information that hurt investors.
