Biotech Co. Given Chance To Fix Mintz Levin Suit

Law360, New York (December 11, 2009, 4:03 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a legal malpractice suit against Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC over the alleged mishandling of a patent prosecution for former client Tethys Bioscience Inc., but has given the biotechnology company the chance to correct deficiencies in its complaint.
