Visteon Supplier's Suit V. Chinese Rival Tossed

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 7:51 PM EST) -- A federal appellate court has affirmed the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by Visteon Corp. supplier CMA Forging Co. against one of its own Chinese suppliers for allegedly breaching its contract with CMA and engaging in unfair competition by selling parts directly to Visteon.
