ITA Issues New Chinese Chemical Dumping Margins

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 4:46 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued revised dumping margins for two chemical imports from China that the agency has determined are being sold in the U.S. at prices below normal value.

After making changes to its preliminary dumping margin determinations based on interested parties' responses, the International Trade Administration released the final results of its separate anti-dumping duty administrative reviews of pure magnesium and chlorinated isocyanurates from China in two notices published in the Federal Register on Monday.
