King Wins Injunction In Suit Over Pipe Fitting Duties

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 2:39 PM EST) -- A judge has imposed a preliminary injunction barring U.S. Customs and Border Protection from liquidating entries of pipe fittings from China by King Architectural Metals, responding to the steel products company's challenge to the classification of its products in an anti-dumping duty order.

Judge Jane Restani of the U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday granted King's motion for a preliminary injunction that will be in place throughout the course of the litigation.
