Judge Finds FuzzySharp 3-D Graphics Patents Invalid

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 3:54 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that two patents for improving 3-D computer graphics are invalid under standards set by In re: Bilski, handing semiconductor manufacturer 3DLabs Inc. Ltd. summary judgment in an infringement suit brought by FuzzySharp Technologies Inc.
