Cohiba Cigar Trademark Suit Flares Up Again

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 3:01 PM EST) -- A federal judge has reignited the dispute over the use of the Cohiba mark in the U.S., granting a request from the Cuban company that founded the brand to enjoin the U.S. use of the mark by General Cigar Co. Inc.
