Mercedes Class Action Deal Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 5:56 PM EST) -- A federal judge has given his nod to a class action settlement in a case that pitted car owners against Mercedes-Benz USA LLC, which allegedly refused to pay for repairs to a faulty air intake system that caused cars to flood when it rained.
