Yodle Sues Ex-Employees For Alleged Hacking Plot

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 6:30 PM EST) -- Online advertising company Yodle Inc. has filed suit against three former employees, saying they violated their employment contracts by conspiring with a startup rival to hack Yodle's computer systems and steal its customers.

Former Yodle employees Daniel Mousetis, Christopher Esgro and Ronald Pousson, a one-time Yodle manager, allegedly helped rival company Local Internet Doctors Inc. to hack Yodle's systems and steal proprietary data, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
