Weil Gotshal Balks At Lehman Fee Guidelines

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 2:15 PM EST) -- Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP has objected to proposed guidelines by Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s fee committee under which fee applicants who submit additional information to support their applications for compensation and reimbursement of expenses would be subject to hefty penalties.
