AMD Insists Intel's Foreign Conduct Is Relevant

Law360, New York (November 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- In its antitrust suit against Intel Corp., Advanced Micron Devices Inc. has filed a memorandum to bolster its bid to compel the production of documents to support its claim that Intel coerced foreign customers.

AMD originally filed its motion to compel at the end of October, and Intel filed opposition papers on Nov. 13. Tuesday, AMD filed a reply memorandum in further support of its motion.
