UK Supreme Court, You're My Only Hope: Lucasfilm

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 7:12 PM EST) -- Lucasfilm Ltd. has lost a second bid to enforce a U.S. court's $20 million decision against a British Internet retailer, with a U.K. appellate court saying it's not that court's job to extract damages reached under U.S. intellectual property law.
