Nucor Sues Over China, Taiwan Fastener Ruling

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 5:27 PM EST) -- A division of steel producer Nucor Corp. has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to review an International Trade Commission finding that steel fastener imports from China and Taiwan don't harm or threaten domestic operations.

Nucor Fastener Division filed suit against the ITC in the CIT on Tuesday, seeking to deem unlawful the commission's November decision to end its investigation into the Chinese and Taiwanese imports.
